Hello - I'm Beth!

I founded Let's Chat HR with a clear dual mission: to help aspiring HR professionals bypass the “school of hard knocks” and help them become confident, exceptional HR leaders, and to support companies in enhancing HR practices while overcoming challenges.

With over 15 years of HR leadership experience, I’ve held a variety of roles - ranging from Area HR Director, overseeing multi-state operations, to local HR Director roles and Recruiting Specialist roles. I’m also proud to hold the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification.

My true passion lies in human resources, where I strive to make a meaningful impact on both individuals and organizations through effective HR strategies and innovative initiatives.

I’m dedicated to helping others navigate the complexities of HR and create workplaces where both employees and companies thrive!
